The inauguration function of bus service was planned on 13-01-2020 and was celebrated splendidly. Dato Prakadeesh Kumar waved the flag and inaugurated the first bus service from the bus stand. Local Perambalur MLA was also present for the function. In Tamilnadu 13th and 14th of January are celebrated as farmers day festival. 14th of January they prepare sweet Pongal and offer to Lord Sun for growing their crops with its sunshine. Now this 2020 it became double sweet Pongal for the villagers as they got new bus service on black top road.
